What is the Love and Success Approach to Leadership?

The Love and Success Approach to Leadership is a three step approach that will help your students love themselves and others. The idea is that love and success go hand in hand and by acknowledging and accepting others, we can all help each other be successful. The three steps are:

1. Setting moral standards that are based on the person we want to be.
2. Refusing to settle for anything less than those moral standards.
3. Using the confidence gained by step one and two to acknowledge, accept, and empower other people.
